IBRO, THE GOVERNOR, THE INSTITUTION, THE LEGACY

For Alhaji Ibrahim Idris, popularly known as Ibro, the answer may be found in the people whose lives and political journeys intersected with his.

A former Governor of Kogi State, Ibro was more than the office he occupied. To many who served with him, worked with him, or came under his political influence, he was a mentor, a political father, a friend and a leader who created opportunities for others.

As family members, friends, associates and political followers gathered at his Asokoro residence in Abuja, waiting for the arrival of his remains, memories of the man behind the political title began to emerge.

In this special Unity Star TV Africa — UStv Africa presentation, six voices share their memories and perspectives on Alhaji Ibrahim Idris
