I am Alh. Iliyasu Salamat Yahaya, popularly known as Onechojon and professionally branded as Aio White. I am a Nigerian broadcast journalist, media entrepreneur, public affairs commentator, educator, and the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of Unity Star TV Africa (USTV Africa).

My life’s mission is to use the power of journalism, media, and public engagement to promote truth, good governance, African development, entrepreneurship, and the preservation of our rich cultural heritage. Throughout my career, I have served in education, public service, legislative affairs, media consulting, public relations, and event management. These diverse experiences have strengthened my commitment to serving humanity with integrity, professionalism, and excellence.

I believe that the media should do far more than report events—it should educate, inspire, empower, and provide solutions that transform lives and societies. Through Unity Star TV Africa (USTV Africa) and the Africans For Africa Development Initiative (AFADI), I remain dedicated to telling authentic African stories, amplifying the voices of our people, creating opportunities for young Africans, supporting community development, and fostering unity, innovation, and sustainable progress across the continent.

My vision is to leave a lasting legacy of excellence, integrity, service, and transformational leadership by using communication as a catalyst for positive change and by inspiring Africans to believe in themselves, invest in their communities, and contribute to the growth of a prosperous and united Africa.

My Motto:

Truth. Service. Leadership. Africa First.
